Abhyanga

                                  This is a specialized massage regimen in which herbal oil is applied liberally over the entire body and massaged into the skin with the flat of the hands. This is followed by a steam bath and the application of herbal powders. Abhyangam is indicated for paralysis, arthritis, back pain, stiffness, fatigue and obesity. It is also an excellent relaxation programme, helps enhance skin tone, delays aging and induces sleep. The treatment lasts for about 60 minutes per session and continues for 14 days.
